A sign for a better world.
In Colombia, the Dr. Rau Foundation supports the “Hogares Bambi” organization to give children from socially disadvantaged families a better future. The documentary on the project shows how Hogares Bambi supports entire families in this endeavor by looking after children at the in-house daycare center.
Film: Education Against Poverty
The Dr. Rau Award 2024 will be presented to Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Over the past 43 years, he has built 1,300 free elementary schools in India, which offer a value-oriented education to around 90,000 children every year.

From Winterthur to South Africa: a film project combines football and hope.
Thomas Gerber from Winterthur made a short film for Union Berlin in South Africa, supported by the Dr. Rau Foundation. The project shows football as a social hub in the Karoo.
